Situated on 15 beautifully wooded acres overlooking South Pond, the Club's facilities include seven Har-Tru tennis courts, five heated and lit platform tennis courts, two international squash courts, a beautiful and modern pool complex, a complete racquets pro shop and professional staff, and a variety of dining facilities. Since its founding in 1875, the Short Hills Club has developed a rich history of competition in racquet sports and is the second oldest tennis club in the United States as well as a Founding Club of the International Tennis Hall of Fame. The Club has an active and engaged membership of approximately three hundred families and offers a broad range of social and athletic activities to its members. HISTORY

For generations, the social life of the club has also encompassed athletics, dining, and cultural/ entertainment events.
We offer our facility as a venue for weddings and other events of members and their family, friends and sponsored guests.
